VIP is one of Cineplex’s premium cinema experiences, available at 21 locations across Canada. In VIP theatres, guests can enjoy an adult-only theatre with extra-comfy seating, where they can order food and drink (including alcoholic beverages) from servers.

Currently, guests can only order through servers, by waving them down in the dark theatre. By providing alternative ways of ordering to guests, we can reduce missed orders during packed movie nights and increase upselling opportunities while delivering an elevated and stress-free experience for our VIP guests.
